Kxama'ea concept

Since I seem to have become friends with over on Tumblr as well as here, I figured it was only fair to make a Titanomachy character honouring her. I pitched some ideas and this is the one she liked best. Kxama'ea (the name means "heart of ash") belongs to a clan who live near a volcano; their home range used to be forest like most of Pandora, but their songs and legends tell of a time many generations ago when the volcano first erupted, destroying most of the trees and driving away the "shining spirits" that used to live there alongside the Na'vi. The volcano hasn't had any major eruptions in recent memory, but it still belches smoke occasionally; it's enough to alter the soil chemistry so that only specific plants grow around there, making it more of a savannah rather than a jungle.

I haven't quite decided if Kxama'ea is going to join the Normandy crew and be one of Shepard's squadmates, but I suppose it's only fair that she has at least ONE Na'vi to choose from on missions.
