This is one of a group of Sailormoon fan-characters commissioned by , for the participants in a forum roleplay event that included her. It took longer to get them all done than I'd intended…

I don't know a whole lot about most of the characters (just some basic background/personality stuff), but this guy is apparently a defector from the Dark Kingdom who now helps the Good Guys.
