Gah, now I have to get back into the groove of drawing comics! I've been inking and colouring for so long that sketching feels weird to go back to. o_o;

Take your time when doing them, it helps to slow things down sometimes.

I don't think taking more time would help. Maybe I just have to use the pen tool or something instead of freehanding.

You've freehanded things traditionally, yes? Then digital is the same thing, and it just means you have to get used to it.

When freehanding traditionally, there's no disconnect between what my hand is doing and what my eyes are looking at. I have to look at the screen while drawing on the tablet to see how I'm drawing, or look at my hand on the tablet and make it even more misshapen. It's not what I'm used to.

I'm going to try the pen tool on tonight's pages. It renders curved paths instead of me doing it freehand.
